Payment is due in full one week before care begins. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your reservation and may be required at the time of booking for select dates and all holiday reservations.
When we confirm your booking, we reserve that time specifically for your pet and may decline other care requests in order to honor your reservation. For this reason, cancellations or reductions made within 3 business days of the start of service are non-refundable. This includes shortened trips, early returns, and the removal of previously scheduled visits or days.
Payments for cancelled or unused reserved services are not issued as credits and cannot be transferred to future bookings.
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate scheduling adjustments when availability allows. However, accommodating a schedule change does not alter the payment or cancellation terms associated with the original reservation.
