We offer pet care for cats as well as small breed dogs under 30 lbs. 


While our general guideline is a 30 lbs weight limit, we do happily make exceptions for larger, well-behaved dogs, especially those who walk comfortably with a Gentle Leader harness or have access to a secure, fenced-in backyard. 


At Imperial Paws Naples, we take great pride in providing individualized care and attention to each and every furry guest. To maintain this standard of excellence, we have limited availability and can care for a maximum of 5 small dogs at a time. Rest assured that this deliberate approach ensures that all animals receive the utmost care, love, and personalized attention throughout their stay with us. Your beloved pets will always be treated like family in our nurturing environment.


Absolutely, we excel in handling anxious pets, ensuring a serene and comfortable environment. We use patient and gentle techniques, prioritizing your pet's well-being to guarantee a positive experience. If you have specific concerns, please communicate them, and we'll customize our approach to meet your pet's unique needs–their comfort and happiness are our top priorities!


All animals need to be up-to-date on vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, on flea and tick medication, and need to be well socialized. 


If your pet exhibits any signs of infestation (fleas, ticks, and/or any other parasites and/or any illness or disease of any kind); and/or demonstrates any aggressive or other behavior deemed inappropriate we will be unable to offer our services.

While we understand plans can change, cancellations made within three (3) business days of your service start date are non-refundable. If you return home early or choose to end services before the scheduled end date, the unused sessions are forfeited and the full booking will still be billed, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing as a one-time courtesy.  


At Imperial Paws Naples, we are unable to share pet care responsibilities with another person or service, whether it be another pet service, a neighbor, or a friend. This policy is due to strict insurance regulations which mandate that only our fully vetted and insured staff can care for your pet during our service period. Additionally, maintaining the high quality and consistency of our pet care is paramount. Shared responsibility can lead to gaps in communication and care practices, potentially compromising the well-being of your pet. Therefore, to ensure your pet receives the best possible care, we must provide our services exclusively.


With just one dedicated sitter, we plan our schedule very carefully so every pet receives the love and attention they deserve. Because our calendar fills up quickly, cancellations mean we can’t always rebook those time slots and may have already turned away other families. Early bookings and deposits help us stay organized and give us the best chance of saying “yes”.


  1. Food: Please bring your pet's regular food and treats to maintain their dietary routine. Portion it out in labeled bags or containers for each meal, or provide a measuring cup. 
  2. Medication: If your pet requires medication, don't forget to provide the prescribed doses along with clear instructions.
  3. Toys and Comfort Items: Familiar toys, blankets, or bedding can help your pet feel more at home and relaxed during their stay.
  4. Leash and Collar: Ensure your pet has their leash and collar with proper identification tags. 


At-home dog boarding provides a more personalized and home-like experience for your dog. We only care for a few small dogs at a time, so they receive plenty of individual attention, a calm environment, and a routine similar to what they experience at home. Dogs are often social creatures that thrive on human interaction and familiar environments. Traditional kennel boarding may cause stress and anxiety due to the unfamiliar surroundings, separation from their owners, and the presence of other dogs in close proximity.


We accept payment via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. You can find our most up to date payment instructions and pricing on Our Services page. Please wait until you’ve received your official invoice before sending payment or writing checks. Full payment is due one week before services begin. Of this amount, 50% serves as a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
