How It Works:
- Contact Us: Please fill out our Contact Form. We’ll reply within 24-48 hours with available times for your meet and greet and next steps.
- Complete Form: Before your appointment, complete the New Client Information Form online. It's quick and easy!
- Schedule & Confirm: Confirm your appointment with a digital payment. We’ll send a reminder 1-2 days before the meet and greet, including location details and important info. You can learn more about payment details in the Meet and Greet Info Sheet PDF.
- Meet & Connect: At the meet and greet, we’ll get to learn more about your pets and ensure we're a good fit for their needs. If approved, we’ll email you the client agreement for a digital signature. It's also linked below for your review and convenience.
- Book Services: Schedule your pet care dates, whether for weekly walks, drop-in visits, or vacation care. You’ll receive a reminder and invoice one week before the service.
